Over the last 12 months we recorded 813 power outages and 636 water outages in Zagreb. Of those, 74 power outages lasted long enough to potentially qualify for statutory compensation.
Electricity in Zagreb is distributed by HEP ODS, distribution area Zagreb. Report an outage or fault to your local Elektra.

If a power outage lasts longer than the threshold set by regulation NN 84/22, a household may be entitled to statutory compensation. Kapoot flags outages above the threshold and helps you file the claim.
